Description

Photography post-production studio is looking for an organized, self-starting individual to join our team in a part-time administrative and production support role.


Candidates should have 2+ years of customer service experience and a solid understanding of darkroom and photographic processes.


Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting producers with scheduling, project deadlines, and job deliveries
  • Invoicing, packaging, and production logistics
  • Project archiving, studio maintenance, and miscellaneous errands
  • Front desk duties: greeting clients, answering phones, and assisting with orders


The ideal candidate is:

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
  • A strong communicator with a calm, professional manner
  • Familiar with FileMaker, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and/or Photoshop (a plus)


Hours are part-time afternoons, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. This position has the potential to grow into full-time. Salary commensurate with experience.
