Compensation: $43,000-46,000 annual (exempt), commensurate with experience, plus dental and vision benefits, opt-in 403(b), paid time off, and other benefits. Subsidized housing is available for lease through Northern Stage.
SUMMARY:
The Development Associate is an essential member of the Development team and supports the Managing Director and Director of Membership, and works alongside the other Development Associate.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have office experience, ideally in non-profit performing arts. The candidate will be energetic and proactive, with a drive to understand and embody the company’s core values. This individual will have excellent communication and writing skills. An appreciation for live theater and a sense of humor will be key in this individual’s success. Digital fluency will be key to the position’s success, and a willingness to master fundraising software, Google workspace, Mailchimp, Wordpress, and Excel is desired.
This is a full time, 40-hour-per-week position. Standard work days are Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, although the nature of the theater’s schedule means that the Development Associate may be scheduled to work some evenings/weekends, and hours will be adjusted accordingly.
