Description
Hangman is a Fine Art Services company based in Brooklyn with offices in Los Angeles, Miami, and The Hamptons. We are growing fast and are looking for a talented administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable juggling a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic environment. This will be a full-time, Monday to Friday position based out of our Brooklyn office.
Responsiblities:
- Act as first point of contact for the office phone line, answering all incoming calls in a professional manner and route them appropriately.
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies for the NYC office as needed.
- Assist with ad hoc warehouse tasks to support daily operations.
- Contribute to sales-related research and administrative support for the sales team.
- Support sales team with data entry.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- At least one year of experience in an office/administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort working independently and taking initiative.
- Familiarity with database systems and standard office software.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and handle a broad range of tasks.
