Marketing Manager
St. Ann’s Warehouse seeks a full-time Marketing Manager to join its dynamic team and help bring bold, international theater to audiences in Brooklyn and beyond. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Manager plays a key role in developing and executing campaigns that amplify the artistic mission of St. Ann’s.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to reach audiences with St. Ann’s local, regional and international programming that reflects its identity and mission
- Supports campaigns through the collection of promotional material (including, but not limited to, production images, video, and credit lines) and supplemental marketing material from partnering companies
- Manages approval process with internal stakeholders, external sponsors, and co-presenting organizations
- Works with vendors (photographers, videographers, printers, agencies, etc.) and outside contractors to solicit quotes, deliver packaged files, and ensure proof of placements are provided
- Manages the established budget spend for each show and processes payments, following up with vendors to ensure invoices are received and paid in a timely manner
- Manages show programs, from collecting and compiling information from external presenters, staff, and stakeholders to working with St. Ann’s staff for staff, crew, member, and donor information
- Supports content updates on the organization’s website in collaboration with the Digital Content Manager
- Creates and manages a marketing dashboard that incorporates advertising flights, ticket sales, and ticket revenue to optimize media spend and improve future campaign outcomes
- Liaises with the Development team on fundraising and event communications, including end-of-year campaigns, galas, and opening night events
- Collaborates with the Individual Giving team, including providing data and reporting for existing supporters and assisting with pitch decks and related materials for grant requests
- Maintains relationships with community partners, including neighboring restaurants, hotels, attractions, and organizations to extend our marketing efforts to their base and explore value-add opportunities for St. Ann’s members
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in marketing or advertising, preferably in the arts or nonprofit sector
- Demonstrated success managing advertising campaigns
- Exceptional editing skills, with an eye for brand voice and tone
- Proficiency in customer relationship management tools, email marketing platforms, and basic editing software; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Passion for arts, culture, and marketing trends

Salary Range: $70,000–$85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and includes a full benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, 403(b), and generous PTO.
Anticipated Start Date: Beginning of August 2025
