Elizabeth Moore fine jewelry is looking for a Social Media Assistant to assist our team in expanding our Social Media platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of Instagram and all it encompasses. Perfect for someone who values authenticity on social media and is confident creating TikTok, reels and Social content and is up to date with the latest trends to stay relevant. You will be working directly with the designer and our team to help create content.

Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a University Program that is linked to marketing, production, design, media or culture.
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Must be able to work in our office 10 hours/week with potential for more time.
• Self-motivated, solution oriented and hands-on
• Can-do attitude with an ability to embrace new challenges and ways of thinking
• Proficiency in all things related to content creation
• Great organizational & project management skills
• Ability to shoot and edit video for TikTok and Instagram
• Must be able to create engaging content that is in line with the brand and brand values
• Experience creating content for other brands or personal channel
• Understanding of digital media landscape and how content is published and distributed
• Must be local to NYC and authorized to work in the US.
• Understanding of the voice, tone, look, and feel of content that represents EM.
• A knowledge of luxury goods and sustainability. 

Skills required:

• Assist with social media planning and create engaging content (copy, visuals, quote cards and short form video) to help boost our brand awareness on Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and engage our followers 
• Upload photos and videos for easy retrieval; maintain consistent digital asset management within Dropbox 
• Provide fast turnaround of images for web, social media, and BD requests 
• Schedule and post content through planning platform
• Find relevant hashtags, suggest posting times and schedules, commenting, ways to communicate our marketing efforts with our following • Pull weekly reports on social media engagement metrics 
• Knowledge of Shopify, Canva, Microsoft Word, Klaviyo.
