Description:
This full-time apprenticeship offers administrative experience in a supportive environment. Working on this highly collaborative team will contribute to the implementation of a comprehensive K–12 performing arts curriculum. This role provides foundational administrative support to the work of the team, delivering essential functions ranging from logistics to finance.
Reporting to the Director of Programs and Operations, this role will help support the administration of the K–12 department including organizing meetings and events, travel logistics, tracking finances, and various tasks related to our expanding business development efforts.
The salary is $18.50 per hour or a contracted amount of $29,600 for the school year. The K-12 Programs Department operates on a hybrid work schedule and is in-office as a team on Tuesday-Thursday. For Mondays and Fridays, the apprentice may elect to work remotely or come into the office.

About the Professional Apprentice Program: This program provides immersive training for emerging performing arts technicians and administrators, addressing the need for practical training in the field. For over four decades, it has prepared recent graduates, early-career professionals, and individuals undergoing career transitions for employment in the cultural sector. This is achieved through hands-on experience, professional development, and networking and mentorship opportunities.
