Maquette Fine Art Services is seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional with robust time management skills to join our team as an Assistant Accounts Manager. The right candidate will be able to assist with multiple projects with varying deadlines. They should be adept at working collaboratively, leveraging their personal strengths alongside those of their colleagues to deliver the best possible solutions to daily challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Account Managers administrative support for all phases of logistics projects from estimating to billing.
- Act as a liaison with clients, maintaining positive, ongoing relationships.
- Collaborate on multiple projects concurrently, liaising with various internal and external contacts.
- Provide support and coverage for the office administrator when needed
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in fine art logistics or similar field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capacity to multitask while maintaining a high degree of organization.
Additional Skills:
- Self-motivation, leadership, hands-on ability, and adaptability are essential.
- Proficiency in professional telephone etiquette and written correspondence are crucial.
- Proficient with Mac OS, Adobe Suite, FileMaker, and Google Drive.
- Working knowledge of historical and contemporary art is ideal.
- Familiarity with art media, contemporary materials and industry standard packing protocol are ideal.
