About the Role
We’re seeking a Project Manager to oversee project development and execution, which includes client
engagement and art curation across our Los Angeles portfolio. This is an in-person role: the candidate
must be based in Los Angeles and available for regular on-site project oversight, walkthroughs, and
installs throughout Southern California, and must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
You’ll serve as the key point of contact for clients and coordinate internally with curation, operations, and
logistics teams to ensure seamless, on-brand delivery of every project.
Responsibilities
• Client Management: Serve as the primary liaison for clients across multiple industries—guiding them
through the creative process and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Ownership: Plan and manage timelines, budgets, artwork selection milestones, and installation
logistics from kickoff through completion.
• On-Site Coordination: Attend site visits, walkthroughs, and installations across Los Angeles to ensure
quality control and provide hands-on leadership.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal curators, logistics teams, and external vendors
to bring each project to life.
• Creative Oversight: Help shape curatorial concepts in alignment with client brand, vision, and spatial
needs.
• Post-Project Review: Conduct wrap-ups with clients and internal teams, ensuring satisfaction and
identifying opportunities for future engagement.
Qualifications
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Strong eye for design and a passion for contemporary art
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects on both fast-paced and longer-lead timelines
• Comfortable being on-site for installs, walkthroughs, and client meetings (some early mornings/late
evenings required)
• Proficiency with project management software
• Based in Los Angeles with regular availability for in-person project supervision
• Comfortable delegating tasks to a Project Coordinator or team members in assistant roles

estate scene
