Part Time Graphic Designer

We are in search of a Part Time Graphic Designer with an entrepreneurial spirit, to support a design-led startup team. The right candidate will use their graphic design and marketing coordination skills to support our efforts to build a highly engaged online and offline community of accomplished design and real estate professionals in NYC, Austin, San Francisco, London and beyond. Brick & Wonder is incubated out of an entrepreneurial architecture studio (Lang Architecture) in Tribeca. 

The role can be hybrid, remote, or in-office. 

Must have:

• Roughly 1-day per week availability for long-term part-time role. 
• Must be in ET time zone, but can be outside of New York.
• Must be a detail oriented designer with expertise in typographic best practices
• A passion for graphic design, architecture, interiors, and entrepreneurship
• Comfort and facility working collaboratively in Figma
• Comfort and facility with Adobe Creative Suite for editing photos, video clips, and producing newsletters and social media content within brand guidelines
• Strong visual eye for curating social feeds with beautiful, relevant content
• Excellent English writing
• Experience with producing, managing and deploying marketing creative including social media, newsletters, and other content.
• A self-starting approach with the ability to impose and meet your own deadlines
• Highly organized with effective task management and prioritization

Nice to have:

• Expertise in animation
• Social media management experience
• Experience with strategic brand development 
• Occasional in-person availability in NYC
