Let There Be Neon is an art gallery, sign fabrication and installation studio in Brooklyn, NY. We build custom illuminated, small and large-format signage for restaurants, retail brands, film productions, schools, and artists.
We're looking for a Junior Account Manager to handle incoming sales and keep jobs organized.
This is a learn as you go position. We don't expect you to know neon walking in, but we expect you to want to learn it!
On any given day that might mean fielding customer calls and email inquiries, compiling project details, drafting proposals, keeping projects organized in our database, and coordinating with production / billing to move jobs along.
A big part of the job is communication: knowing who you're talking to and adjusting, whether an art client, a store owner, an electrician, or a project manager. Expect to work closely with senior staff and know when to pass something off to the right person.
The position also calls for managing our social media outreach by creating engaging stories to enhance our brand. And if you have the right skills, you will help us manage our neon art gallery!
