Core responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage high-level collectors, curators, and press
• Drive art sales and foster lasting relationships
• Craft compelling written materials and press-ready copy
• Oversee and execute strategic social media timelines
• Maintain precise archives and artwork records
• Manage sensitive correspondence with professionalism and warmth
• Fluency in AI tools for workload optimization

Preferred qualifications:

• Established art-world connections
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro, Adobe Suite, and camera operation
• Exceptional taste, discretion, and follow-through
