Job Summary:

We’re looking for a dedicated, hands-on Production Room Assistant to join our team in our Beacon factory. This role is essential to the day-to-day operations of our production team — helping to clean, cut, mix, pour, label, and produce our signature soaps, balms, bug repellents, and more. If you enjoy working with your hands, being part of a collaborative team, and creating products (one of a kind) people love, this may be the role for you. Position will transition to a full time position with successful completion of training and skill.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with all aspects of product creation — including cleaning, batching, pouring, and cutting

Keep production and packaging areas clean, organized, and fully stocked

Maintain high standards of product quality and consistency

Follow production schedules and safety protocols

Support team leads with various tasks and seasonal needs

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a production, kitchen, warehouse, or maker environment is a plus — but we’re happy to train the right person

Comfortable working on your feet and with your hands for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude

Interest in natural products, sustainability, or small business is a bonus
