This position will begin in early to mid-August of 2025 and will work from TTP’s offices in Midtown Manhattan. The salary is $45,000 a year plus a benefits package including group health insurance and HRA, paid time off, and pre-tax health and commuter benefits.
TT Partners (TTP) currently manages the Broadway and worldwide productions of The Book of Mormon, Operation Mincemeat, Duke & Roya, and Chess, as well as past productions of The Hills of California, Patriots, Merrily We Roll Along, and a slate of new projects in development.

TTP recognizes the lack of entry level positions typically open in commercial Broadway theater. This position is designed to replace our internship program and is a response to the ongoing discussions in our office on creating a more equitable, inclusive, just, and anti-racist workplace. This position is designed to give foundational knowledge of commercial General Management through experience. Consequently, we are asking for a commitment of one year.
Areas of initial responsibility include:
- Assisting with overall administration of the office
- Ordering/maintaining office supplies
- Maintaining the general organization and tidiness of the office
- Greeting office guests
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Organize and respond to mailed items
- Work with Business Associate on setup of new shows including entity formation, banking, EIN#, etc.
- Assisting the Business Associate on finical matters including profit distributions and returns of capital
- Assisting general managers and company managers with various other tasks, as needed
- Serving as backup to other administrative roles in the office
-Other administrative tasks as needed
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess a superb attention to detail and the ability to quickly pivot between multiple tasks.
- Demonstrate grace under pressure
- Thrive in the challenges of the less-glamourous but still vital behind-the-scenes work of managing productions and the multiple skills and mindsets required for a fast-moving and multi-faceted workplace
- Follow through on all tasks assigned and clearly document complex processes
- Have not only an eagerness to complete the tasks assigned to them, but a curiosity to understand how they fit into the larger work of our office and our productions
