Project Manager, Pentagram

Pentagram is seeking a Project Manager to join a small interdisciplinary team of graphic designers. As the administrative hub for the team, you drive forward day-to-day operations, ensuring client work happens smoothly and efficiently, on time and budget.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-obsessed, comfortable with taking initiative to ensure processes unfold as planned—and to avoid roadblocks before they happen. The ideal candidate is also passionate about the work we do, and interested in the content and manifestation of our projects. 

We are a small team of passionate creative types, so communication, collaboration, and good humor are essential, as well as strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate differing viewpoints and communication styles.

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Keynote, Pitch, and Slack is required. Successful candidates will have an interest in design (or at least be interested in learning about the field). Some background in budgeting, spreadsheets and contracts is also helpful. Agency experience is desired but not required.
