About the Position:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in managing DOYLE’s advertising and print schedule, from creative development to booking, fulfillment, and budgeting. This role requires a highly organized project manager who is equally enthusiastic about content creation—particularly across organic social media channels. The right candidate will bring a passion for marketing, a creative mindset, and a proactive spirit to every project.
Responsibilities:
Advertising Management:
- Coordinate DOYLE’s full print and digital advertising schedule across regional and national media outlets.
- Manage creative timelines and assets, liaising with the creative team to fulfill ad specifications and deadlines.
- Oversee booking and fulfillment, track deliverables, and ensure campaigns stay on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain and update internal budget tracking and reporting for advertising initiatives.
Content Creation and Organic Social Media:
- Conceptualize and create content for DOYLE’s organic social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Capture and edit behind-the-scenes footage, auction previews, highlights, and event content.
- Create polished, visually appealing content using accessible tools and resources, demonstrating an eye for design and detail.
- Find creative, resourceful ways to produce beautiful content efficiently, maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Assist with daily management of social calendars, posts, and community engagement.
- Ensure all content reflects the DOYLE brand voice and values.
Cross-Channel Marketing Support:
- Support integrated marketing initiatives across email, web, social media, and events.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure marketing efforts align with departmental goals and auction timelines.
- Coordinate marketing materials for events, receptions, and special activations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships or agency experience welcome).
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to grammar, style, and detail.
- Creative thinker with an eagerness to contribute ideas and content.
- Strong understanding of organic social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook).
- A keen eye for strong design, visual storytelling, and beautiful content.
- A passion for the art, auction, or luxury industries.
- Adaptability to occasionally work evening events or activations.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Canva, Figma.
- Experience creating short-form video content.
- Prior experience working on marketing proposals or advertising campaigns a plus.
- An interest in building genuine relationships with media partners, vendors, and collaborators.
