Ziello Inc. - Office Coordinator, Receptionist

Ziello Inc. is a distinguished picture framing studio situated on the border of Crown Heights and Bed-Stuy in Brooklyn.  We specialize in fabricating custom made frames in-house, led by a team of skilled craftspeople and creatives.  We proudly collaborate with renowned galleries, museums, artists and collectors both locally and internationally.

Ziello is currently seeking an office manager to welcome to our team. We are a fast-growing and closely-knit organization priding ourselves on being able to serve the unique needs of artists, arts institutions, and art lovers both in New York City and across the country. 

This role focuses on general office maintenance and assisting our designers, administrators, and craftspeople in serving clients to the best of our ability.  We are seeking someone who is creative, outgoing, and enjoys working with others in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. 

Hours: 9AM - 5PM - Monday through Friday. 

Duties include

• Answering phones
• Scheduling design consultation appointments
• Attending to general inquiry mailbox and accounting inbox
• Invoicing and accounts receivable collections.
• Accounts payable
• Supplies ordering and vendor relations. 
• General office maintenance

Qualifications

• English speaking, Spanish preferred but not required. 
• Comfortable using basic digital software such as G-suite, Notion, Quickbooks, etc.
• Organized and detail oriented
• General art market familiarity
• General experience in customer service
• Basic knowledge of handling artworks and materials
