Creative Art Partners / Simcor, LLC is seeking a full-time Art Installer / Handler to join our growing team.

We are a multi-dimensional art services company centered around one of the largest private modern art collections in the world. Our work spans artist management, gallery operations, consignment, acquisitions and sales, shipping and handling, private leasing, and large-scale installation projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Professionally install and deinstall artwork in private residences, corporate offices, hospitality spaces, galleries, and museums
• Execute cable hanging systems with precision and museum-level finish quality
• Confidently drill and anchor into drywall, concrete, stone, and marble walls using appropriate hardware and techniques
• Perform precise layout measurements and leveling for complex multi-piece installations
• Safely handle, pack, crate, transport, and secure fine art and fragile objects
• Drive company vans and box trucks to and from job sites safely and responsibly
• Load, secure, and transport artwork using proper cargo securement practices
• Communicate clearly and consistently with coordinators and project managers via text, photos, and digital updates from job sites
• Provide installation progress updates, flag field issues in real time, and document completed work
• Work directly with clients onsite, representing the company with professionalism and discretion
• Assist with deliveries, logistics coordination, warehouse operations, inventory management, and condition reporting

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• 2+ years of experience in art installation and handling across various environments (private homes, corporate spaces, hospitality, galleries, museums)
• Demonstrated experience with cable hanging systems and structural anchoring
• Proven ability to drill and mount into concrete, marble, and other dense materials safely and cleanly
• Strong knowledge of cargo securement and safe handling practices for fragile and high-value items
• Comfort operating installation tools including drill guns, rotary hammers, laser levels, anchors, mounting systems, and related hardware
• Valid driver’s license with ability to drive cargo vans and box trucks
• Ability to clearly communicate job site updates digitally (text, photos, email) with coordinators and project managers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow installation plans accurately
• Working knowledge of warehouse policies and inventory management systems
• Ability to lift heavy or bulky artworks up to 70 pounds
• Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor with strong communication skills

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

• Regular and predictable attendance
• Ability to lift at least 70 pounds as part of daily responsibilities
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and drive for extended periods
• Ability to work at heights (ladders and lifts) when required
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing)
• Ability to work in a consistently busy, high-performance environment
• Drug-free and safety-focused workplace

Compensation & Benefits

• $26–29 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time position (Monday–Friday)
• Competitive benefits available upon successful completion of probationary period
