Supply Manager for Art Education Organization

Scribble Art Workshop, an art studio and teaching artist residency program, based in Upper Manhattan, is looking for a supply manager to coordinate the delivery of art materials to our partnering schools around NYC. The position would be 10-15 hours from June-August and then increase to around 25 hours per week after that. This job would operate from our warehouse space in Ridgewood, Queens.

Responsibilities would include:

• Maintaining the organization and inventory of our warehouse space
• Ordering supplies for off-site school programs based on provided budget and supply lists
• Prepping and packing supplies for off-site school programs in an efficient and organized manner
• Delivering supply bins to schools around NYC using a company rental car
• Communicating with schools and teachers about bin delivery
• Tracking supply tasks within our task management software
• Maintaining spreadsheets and work flow

The ideal candidate will:

• Be highly organized and have an excellent attention to detail
• Impeccably complete tasks on time
• Have some experience and knowledge of art materials
• Be highly communicative with our team and partnering schools
• Have a valid NY driver's license and be comfortable driving around NYC
• Have experience working with google sheets

This position is an extremely important part of our team. When teachers have all the supplies they need on site, prepped and ready to use, they can focus on instruction.
