29th Annual NO DEAD ARTISTS ::: International Juried Exhibition of Contemporary Art 2025

FERRARA SHOWMAN GALLERY proudly hosts the 29th iteration of our annual call for artists: NO DEAD ARTISTS International Juried Exhibition of Contemporary Art. The call is open through 16 JUNE 2025 and the exhibition participants are selected by an ever-changing group of three prestigious arts professionals. The exhibition itself is installed in the gallery from 17 September through 18 October with an opening reception in conjunction with the Arts District New Orleans’ First Saturday Gallery Openings in October 2025 from 5-9 pm.

In its 29th iteration, NO DEAD ARTISTS has been a springboard for numerous artists; leading to national press coverage, recognition, gallery representation, art fair exhibition, and acquisitions by museums and other prominent collections. Each year the gallery invites a panel of renowned arts professionals and collectors to select the newest creative talents from around the world.

- You may begin your application via ArtCall.Org. Create a profile with your biography, artist statement, CV, and images of up to 5 artworks which you would like to submit for the show.

- The entry fee is $40 is paid per submission at the completion of your application.

- Each entrant is allotted up to five image/video submissions and three details for each. All images must be in .jpg format and videos in .mov format.

- All works must be for sale and winning entry will be subject to a standard 50% gallery sales commission - in the event that it is sold.

- The artist is responsible for ALL shipping costs including return shipping of all unsold work and import/export duties and taxes.
