Clio Art Fair is a curated contemporary art fair dedicated to supporting independent and self-represented artists from around the world. By focusing on artists without exclusive New York gallery representation, Clio Art Fair creates a platform for artists to present their work directly to collectors, curators, art professionals, and the public.

The fair welcomes a wide range of visual art practices, including painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media, installation, digital art, and other contemporary approaches.

Clio Art Fair offers artists the opportunity to exhibit in New York during an important moment in the international art calendar, while connecting with a wider audience and building new professional relationships.

Early Bird Deadline Extended: June 22, 2026

Artists who apply by the Early Bird deadline save $50 on the application fee.

Artists may apply for one of the two September 2026 editions:

September 17–20, 2026

September 24–27, 2026

Applications are open to solo artists, collectives, emergent dealers, nonprofits, and artist-run organizations from around the world. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Accepted media include painting, photography, sculpture, installation, video, mixed media, digital art, new media, drawing, collage, printmaking, design, light art, sound installation, and other visual art forms.

Early Bird Deadline Extended: June 22, 2026

Application Fee: $0 before or on June 22, 2026

Regular Deadline: July 20, 2026

Application Fee: $50 after June 22, 2026

Selected applicants will be offered exhibition options starting from 5 feet of wall space. Exhibition options include Gold, Platinum, and Diamond packages, with services such as VIP passes, online presence, social media exposure, lighting, art handling, storage, and art dealer presence depending on the selected package.
