Description

We have an opening in our studio space in Greenpoint on the 3rd floor of a longtime artists' building, and we share the floor with 13-14 other artists. Our studio gets lots of light in the summer with south and west-facing windows. The space would be shared with two other artists; One is working with pencils and charcoal, the other is an oil painter who is neat and respectful of the shared space.


$466/monthly includes:

  • One large wall running along the entire studio space (17' wide and 10'6" in height)
  • Space extends 6.5' back, offering ~100 square feet
  • One large window with a curtain
  • Heat included in rent, and the studio has a heater within the space
  • AC is an additional $25 in the summer months
