The Collective:
Workspace available in a shared studio at Aquarius Studios in Ridgewood, Queens, one block from the L train and a short walk to the M train. Aquarius is a ground-floor artist facility with high ceilings, skylights, shared common areas, and 24/7 access.
The facility includes wifi, security cameras, swipe access, gate code entry, multiple bathrooms, and a slop sink for artists working across various mediums. The environment is quiet, respectful, and centered around long-term creative practice.
The Studio:
The available area is within a semi-private shared studio currently occupied by one visual artist. The studio features tall white walls, working concrete studio floors, and a recently refreshed interior. Utilities (heat and wifi) are included.
The space includes multiple usable wall surfaces and open working space, creating a clean and flexible setup ideal for painters, illustrators, designers, and other artists looking for a stable long-term workspace.
This is a non-residential studio with 24-hour access.
$350/month utilities included.
Long-term preferred.
