Hi!

We have a beautiful barn we are renting as an artist studio. It is huge at 2000 square feet. We would love to sublet half of it and have other artists around. There is flexibility depending on your needs. We are mostly there 2-3 days a week, mostly on the weekends.


One side of the barn has newly finished white walls for making and hanging work. We put in new lights. There are two large doors. Concrete floor.


Located very close to Fire Island ferries.


We're hoping to find artist(s) to build a community with in this part of Long Island.
