ABOUT THIS LISTER

I have a degree from RISD and show with Grimm gallery in NY/Amsterdam, and have the lease for the floor which is shared by 12 other artists/architects/designers/photographers. I originally got this particular space in 2004 and worked there myself for over 10 years. I hated to leave it, as it is truly my ideal work space. I'm now mostly in LA, though I did spend almost two years using the space again to make a solo show in NYC in 2018. 

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Good Credit and Proof of Income. First Month & Security Deposit Required. The lease will be guaranteed for at least one year. The space is private, and now has a separate entrance from the street. You will have to walk through the front space to get to the bathroom / slop sink, but can enter / exit the building from the space. A current tenant of mine will be showing the space.
