Description

Looking for someone to rent my beautiful photography studio. This place is like a second home for me, but I've decided to share the love since I'm not in shooting every day. The space has everything you need for an awesome shoot (see list below), but you are more than welcome to bring in and potentially store your own equipment.


Rental includes:

-800 sq foot studio space

-strobes

-modifiers (softboxes/gels/umbrellas/beauty dishes)

-continuous light (tubes/LED panels/hot lights)

-grip (c-stands/sandbags/boom poles/clamps/etc)

-backdrops (seamless paper, muslin)

-Microwave/refrigerator/slop sink

-Mirror/chairs/props/clothing rack


A few details on the space:

-Full wall of south facing windows

-Roof access

-Short walk to CSI photo rentals

-Off the Graham G stop in East Williamsburg

-24/7 Freight Elevator

-A/C


Pricing (includes equipment, amenities, and utilities):

1 day monthly - $250

4 days monthly - $700 (175/day)

8 days monthly - $1,200 (125/day)
