It’s a 1,500 sq ft shared art studio with tons of natural light, huge windows, high ceilings, and good energy all around. The space is set up for creativity — whether you're a painter, designer, writer, or just need a calm place to work.

Rent is super fair for the size/location, and if you’re open to subletting a little desk space (like a seat at the kitchen table) to someone else, you could probably knock your rent down quite a bit lol. We’re open to it.

This space has been so grounding for me, and I’d love to pass it along to someone who’ll appreciate it just as much.
