I'm subletting my studio from June 15-September 15! It's around 300 sq ft with very high ceilings. Because I'll be storing my work and supplies, I'm subletting it for much less than I pay. There's ample wall space, work tables, a drawing table, and a comfy sofa that's perfect for naps! The studio is located in Crown Heights on Bergen Street between Franklin and Classon in the Monti Building. Accessible from C train to Franklin Ave or 2/3/5 to Franklin Ave. There's a freight elevator available during business hours and the space is accessible 24 hours.
