There are four studios total within this suite, all private with floor to ceiling walls, and a small hallway. Prefer somone interested in joining our established studio suite. Three years on current lease, probable extension. See dimensions in photo. The building is terrific, and a near the Pulaski bridge LIC steps, 4 min to 7 Train, 10 min to Manhattan.
