I'm looking to sublet my art studio, located by the Halsey L in Ridgewood, for June and July. I'm seeking someone who can take the lease for the whole two months while I'm away. I'll store my work and materials in the front 1/3 of the space. The rest will be available for your use. The studio is great for painting, drawing, photography, and sculpture. No dust please. Whole studio is 200 sqft.
