Announcing | 2019 Emerging Leaders Boot Camp Participants

Congratulations and welcome to the newest cohort of participants in NYFA’s intensive professional development program for arts administrators!

The New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) is pleased to announce the participants in the 2019 iteration of its Emerging Leaders Boot Camp Program. Now in its fifth year, the Boot Camp is a free leadership development program for arts administrators that includes a five-day intensive with a rigorous blend of presentations, formal lectures, individual leadership assessment, and break-out groups. Additionally, the program includes half-day check-ins, an alumni mixer, final sessions, and a follow-up reunion event.

NYFA firmly believes that through this program, we make an investment in the cultural infrastructure that will ultimately benefit the entire field, building stronger connections and shared knowledge between artists and arts administrators.
