Kick off your week with Monday Motivation!

Tip of the week

A customized, well-thought application doesn’t just mean a tailored cover letter. When applying for a job, make sure to adjust your resume accordingly, as well. Emphasize skills and experiences in your resume that speak directly to the job description. If you’re familiar with the organization’s culture (and you should be!), that will also help you with customization. For example, is this a place that values teamwork? Highlight successful team projects. Is this a leadership position? Put more emphasis on projects you lead.
