Lunar New Year Celebrations and Artist Opportunities

  • A featured interview with Ellen Kodadek, Executive and Artistic Director at Flushing Town Hall about their Lunar New Year festivities, their upcoming calligraphy exhibition, their Space Grant program for emerging artists, and their “Global Mash-ups,” which will bring two cultures together for musical performances.
  • A guide of upcoming events including programming for Lunar New Year, a dramatic reading of the letters of Langston Hughes at the 92Y, and a flamenco performance led by Sara Baras with fifteen performers at New York City Center.
