Monday Motivation | Always Look on the Bright Side

Monday Motivation | Always Look on the Bright Side

Kick off your week with Monday Motivation!

Tip of the week

No one wants to receive a rejection email after an interview but if it happens, make sure to turn this upsetting experience into a productive one by asking for feedback. This is a chance to show you’re a mature professional who is willing to learn, and it keeps you on an employer’s radar for future opportunities. You may not receive an answer—most likely due to time constraints—but if you do, the employer might tell you something valuable about your interview technique and application strategy, or provide direction for specific skills that can boost your resume. Use this knowledge to keep improving your strength as an applicant.
