Monday Motivation | Is It Time to Reassess Your Job Searching Strategy?

Kick off your week with Monday Motivation!

Tip of the week

Sometimes the hard work we put in the job hunt doesn’t bring in the results we’re looking for. What to do, then? First, don’t get discouraged. The job market is constantly changing, and finding a new job is a time-consuming business. It’s normal for this process to be a long one. Second, take some time to reassess your job hunting processes. Ask a friend to take a look at your application materials, email answers, elevator pitches, etc. A second pair of eyes might be just what you need to spot what may or may not be working in your job-seeking strategy.
