Monday Motivation | It All Adds Up

Monday Motivation | It All Adds Up

Kick off your week with Monday Motivation!

Tip of the week

Include concrete metrics in your resume where you can. For example, if in a previous position you were a part of a team that increased website traffic by a strong percentage, make note of that impactful number. If you’re not currently job-searching, make things easier on yourself in the future by taking note of important numbers or big wins throughout your current role. Keep this information somewhere convenient so that you can easily access this when you need it.

Just because you may be entering or coming from a creative industry doesn’t mean data is not powerful. A few strong numbers highlighting your past success can be a great way to help your resume stand out.
