Monday Motivation | Look Beyond the Title

Monday Motivation | Look Beyond the Title

Kick off your week with Monday Motivation!

Tip of the week

While you may have your heart set on a specific kind of role, be a bit flexible when it comes to the titles of positions you look into. The same title could mean very different things at different organizations. It’s arguably more important to focus on the experience and new skills you would gain in the position, and, once you receive an offer, you may be able to negotiate a more distinguished title that you feel represents the role more accurately.
