Monday Motivation | Master the Art of the Group Interview

Kick off your week with Monday Motivation!

Tip of the week

Not all job interviews are one-on-one conversations between you and a hiring manager. Sometimes, employers will choose to interview multiple candidates at the same time. There’s no need to panic at the fact that your competition is literally in the same room as you, though. Instead, learn how to use this as an opportunity to show your brilliant teamwork skills. Strike a good balance between being a good leader and a good listener. And remember: interrupting or talking over your fellow interviewees is never a good idea!
