Tip of the week

Address your cover letter to a specific person. Search online to find the name of your potential supervisor (try LinkedIn, the company’s staff directory, or a general internet search). If you aren’t able to track down a specific name, address it to the head of the department, the Hiring Manager, or the CEO.
