The event is structured as follows: From 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM, there will be a presentation on best practices and practical steps you can take to build and strengthen your application case, focusing on O-1B visas especially. From 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM, participating artists will be paired with an immigration attorney for an initial 20-minute consultation, which may result in the opportunity to work with an immigration attorney throughout the application process.
