Monday Motivation | Stand Out From the Crowd

Monday Motivation | Stand Out From the Crowd

Kick off your week with Monday Motivation!

Tip of the week

When a hiring manager is trying to get through cover letters, making sure your personality shines through is of the utmost importance. Adding in interests or facts about yourself helps the hiring manager flesh out who you are as a person and helps them to understand how you would fit within their company. Other ways to show your personality would include describing your continued learning efforts past traditional schooling. Candidates who describe their experiences with audited classes, online courses, or community workshops demonstrate curiosity and drive.
